Reselling
We welcome integrating the Sakrylle API into your applications, internal tools, or customer-facing products. However, directly reselling API access or using the Service as the backend of another externally exposed API service requires our prior written permission.
Commercial reselling requires written permission obtained via support@sakrylle.com. Please describe the intended use case, scale, and launch timeline, and only go live after you have obtained written permission. Reselling without permission will be treated as a violation of this Policy.
API key security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for keeping them out of frontend code, public repositories, screenshots, and logs

- All usage and charges resulting from a leaked key are the responsibility of the account owner
Resource use
- Do not interfere with the stability of the Service via stress testing, DDoS, or other forms of resource starvation
- Do not script around billing mechanisms, or use the API for purposes unrelated to its stated function such as cryptocurrency mining or comparable resource-intensive workloads
- Anomalous call patterns (extreme QPS, abnormal output length, etc.) may trigger automated risk controls and temporary throttling
Consequences
The response to a violation of this Policy depends on its nature and severity, and may include:
- Warning — for first-time or minor violations, we will notify you by email and request remediation
- Temporary suspension — for repeated or moderate violations, the account will be suspended for a period and the balance frozen

Severe violations involving child safety, terrorism, weapons proliferation, or serious harm to specific individuals will result in immediate termination without prior warning.
