Login Terms
Last updated: May 22, 2026
Overview
These Login Terms apply to anyone who registers or signs in to a Sakrylle API account. By completing registration or signing in by any means, you agree to these Login Terms. Together with the Terms of Service and Usage Policy, they govern how the account may be used.
Registration
- You must provide truthful and accurate registration information, including a valid email address
- The same individual or organization may register multiple accounts for different business contexts, but not for the purpose of circumventing limits, abusing promotions, or evading account-level risk controls
- Email registration requires verification by code; GitHub sign-in relies on GitHub's identity verification
- We reserve the right to refuse any registration, request additional verification, or revoke an issued account
Sign-in methods
The console currently supports the following sign-in methods:
- Email and password
- GitHub OAuth
- TOTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on already-bound accounts; we strongly recommend administrators and long-term users enable it
If you forget your password, you can use the "Forgot password" flow in the console: the system will send a one-time token to your registered email, and the frontend will require a Cloudflare Turnstile check before allowing you to set a new password.
Credential security
- You are responsible for setting a sufficiently strong password and keeping it safe
- We recommend using a random password of at least 12 characters that mixes uppercase, lowercase, digits, and symbols, and that is not reused on other sites
- If you suspect unauthorized sign-in or password leakage, immediately reset your password and revoke any issued API keys
- You bear any losses caused by failure to safeguard your credentials
No sharing
- Account passwords, sessions, and API keys must not be shared, sold, transferred, or rented to any third party
- A single account must not be used as a shared channel for multiple people
- For team collaboration, please contact support@sakrylle.com to discuss appropriate options
- Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or termination of the account, depending on severity
Termination terms
We may terminate an account in any of the following situations:
- Violation of these Login Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Usage Policy
- Registration information is clearly false, fabricated, or impersonates another person
- The account is used for criminal activity such as money laundering, fraud, CSAM, or attacks against third-party systems
- The account presents serious security risk (such as sustained automated attacks or repeated brute-forcing) and the account holder fails to cooperate with remediation
- Long-term unpaid balance or refusal to meet billing obligations
Termination decisions will be communicated to the registered email. Except for cases involving criminal activity or serious security incidents, we will normally provide an opportunity to remediate before terminating.
Termination effects
After an account is terminated:
- You will lose access to the account, console, and historical data
- All API keys are immediately invalidated; in-flight requests will be interrupted
- Unused balance is handled per the refund rules in the Terms of Service; accounts terminated for serious violations are not eligible for balance refunds
- We will retain the necessary logs and billing records as required by law
Account closure
You may request account closure by emailing support@sakrylle.com. Before closing, please make sure that:
- You have downloaded or backed up any usage records you need
- You have removed external systems' dependencies on this account's API keys
- You have indicated your preference for handling the remaining balance (apply for a refund per the refund rules, or voluntarily forfeit it)
Closure irreversibly removes the link between the account and personally identifiable data, but the minimum necessary logs required for audit and compliance will continue to be retained for the established retention period.
