Overview
Sakrylle API is open to users worldwide for registration. However, due to local laws, international sanctions regulations, and upstream model providers' access policies, some countries and regions cannot use the Service, or are subject to additional restrictions on certain models.
The contents of this page are updated as local laws, international conditions, sanctions lists, and upstream policies change; the latest version of this page prevails.
Unavailable regions
Due to local laws, international sanctions, or upstream provider restrictions, the Sakrylle API is currently unavailable in the following countries and regions:

Registration, sign-in, or call requests originating from these regions may be rejected outright. Brief availability does not imply that the Service is officially open in that region.
Upstream regions
The following upstream providers may apply additional regional restrictions on specific models:
- Anthropic (Claude) — calls from some countries/regions may be rejected by upstream
- OpenAI (GPT) — calls from some countries/regions may be rejected by upstream
These policies are maintained by the upstream providers and we have no ability to override them. If you receive a region-related error code when calling a specific model, we recommend first checking the geographic origin of your network egress and the upstream provider's then-current policy.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for confirming that using the Service and the relevant upstream models is lawful in your country or region
- You must not use a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent sanctions lists or upstream regional restrictions
- If local laws restrict specific uses of AI services (for example content generation, healthcare, finance, or political contexts), you must comply on your own
- You bear any consequences arising from violations of local laws or sanctions rules
Notice of changes
If material changes occur to the Service's regional availability or upstream policies, we will communicate them through:
- Console announcements
- Emails to affected accounts
- Updates to this page and to the "Last updated" date
