Account

Console URL: https://ai1.sakrylle.com. All operations below happen in the Console.

Registration

Open https://ai1.sakrylle.com/auth/register and fill in:

1. Email: used for login, email verification codes, password recovery, and important notifications
2. Password: 12 characters or more recommended, including letters, numbers, and symbols
3. Cloudflare Turnstile: the page loads the verification widget automatically; complete the human verification
4. Email verification code: click "Get verification code", check your inbox for the 6-digit number, and enter it back

Once submitted, registration is complete and you are logged in to the Console automatically. New accounts can use the API directly, but you need to top up the balance before sending requests.

Login

The following login methods are supported:

• Email + password: the default method, login page https://ai1.sakrylle.com/auth/login
• GitHub OAuth: click "Sign in with GitHub" on the login page, authorize on GitHub, then return to the Console. On first use an account is created automatically using your primary GitHub email
• If the Console also shows DingTalk / OIDC / LinuxDo or other third-party login options, follow the on-screen instructions (whether these are available is determined by the Console)

Password Recovery

1. Open https://ai1.sakrylle.com/auth/forgot
2. Enter your registered email and complete the Turnstile human verification
3. Submit, then check your inbox and click the reset link in the email
4. Set a new password on the page that opens

2FA

Console → Account Settings → Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

1. Click "Enable 2FA" and scan the QR code with any TOTP app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator, the Apple "Passwords" app, and so on)
2. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app to confirm the binding
3. Be sure to save the backup recovery codes the platform gives you — download them or screenshot them into your password manager

Once enabled, the next login requires the dynamic code as an extra step. If you lose your TOTP device, log in with a backup recovery code and re-bind in settings; if you lose the backup codes too, email support@sakrylle.com to request manual unlock.

Change Password

Console → Account Settings → Change Password: enter the current password, then set the new password.

Change Email

Console → Account Settings → Change Email: after entering the new email, a verification code is sent to the new address; once verified the change takes effect.

Account Deletion

If you no longer use Sakrylle, you can email support@sakrylle.com to request deletion. Before deletion, please:

• Confirm all API Keys are disabled and removed from clients and code
• Handle any unused balance (see refund policy)

After deletion, account data is handled according to the retention period defined in the Terms of Service.
